Good Afternoon Students and Families,


With the new school year underway, I wanted to share some important dates and useful resources.


  • School Picture Day will be on the morning of Monday, September 29th. Picture packets are available at the front office. You can place your order on mylifetouch.com using your Picture Day ID: EVTSRFPRG. Order before midnight on Picture Day to get FREE shipping! Your student can also bring their completed flyer with cash or check on Picture Day. If you have any questions please give us a call: 541-790-6850 


  • The 4J School District will be holding a Special Education Information Evening on Tuesday September 16, from 6:00pm – 7:00pm at the Ed Center Auditorium, 200 N Monroe St, Eugene. Please see the attached flyer for further details. 


  • A School-Based Health Center is available at Churchill High School. Appointments for illness / sports physicals are usually available the same day. Please see the attached flyer for further details.


  • Voluntary Student Accident Insurance program is available for K-12 students. Please see the attached flyer for details.


  • Neurodiversity Family Support Night will be back for this new school year for families, educators and anyone who wants neurodiverse kids to thrive! Meetings will alternate between the Arc and ECCO High school. Their first gathering is on September 18th 6:00pm-8:00pm at The Arc and is all about IEPs. Please see the attached flyer for details. 


  • How to get to school? Walking, biking, skating, scooting, riding the bus, all build independence while supporting health, focus in class, and the environment. Click here for general tips on safety and route planning for active travel to school.

    • Go to your school office to request a free Lane Transit District annual pass. It's usable year-round and is not just for school travel!
